I have sold Mitsubishi's both in Galveston, TX and Colorado Springs, CO. Their sales department needs some retraining. Got several emails from numerous sales people.

Ignore any hype mentioned by this dealership about a "Guarantee". The only guarantee you can count on from McClinton is a bait and switch shell game, it's nothing short of a Con! Their so-called sales manager Pierre epitomizes the sleazy used car salesman stereotype. The level of deception, crooked tactics and overall disrespect is second to none. I have a hard time getting ahold of anyone to make a appointment. I came in to get my oil changed. They removed my cab filter and told me it needed changed. Then I was told it didn't. Now my car stinks inside when it's running. I also needed my screen fixed. It completely stopped working on a car with 6,000 miles. I had no radio, phone or GPS which I use everyday for work. As always, great service in a clean and friendly environment. The only thing I would suggest is door or wall hook would be great to have in the restroom. There’s a shelf behind the toilet but it is leaning and not big enough for most purses.

McClinton is great to deal with. I've had my car there to the body shop twice (both times not my fault and my car was parked). I have started to take it there to be serviced and was very happy.
Kevin Biehl, Matt Lutz and Deanna Hilliard all were tremendous every step of the way. They were each very knowledgeable in their area of service. They answered every question we had about the car buying process and the car that we purchased.

Ben worked diligently to get things going and wasn't the least bit intimidating as other lots can be, then the finance department was thorough in their explanation of the paperwork. None of the employees were pushy or made us feel uncomfortable. I shopped around at other lots before returning to McClinton due to other places being too pushy and not being as chill as McClinton. Plus, Ben is just awesome! 10/10, would recommend!

I recently purchased and traded in my old car. I can't recommend them enough. I dealt with a salesman who goes by moose. Wonderful guy to work with. Very knowledgeable and easy to get along with. They were very fair in there offer on my trade in vehicle. They also have fair prices on their cars. The 10 year/1 million mile engine and drive train system is definitely a good thing that they include on most vehicles. The financing people were also very nice and easy to work with.
